Case versatility is a conscious strategy, and is made possible by three factors: (1) the professional credentials and backgrounds of our people, (2) the way we deploy their expertise to the cases we are assigned, (3) our size and geographic coverage.
Versatility is promoted by our clinical organization structure, which on the one hand is vertical, according to professional disciplines, and horizontal, in order to apply the disciplines to specialty practice areas and services such as Case Management, Life Care Planning/Future Care Cost Reporting, Loss Analytics and Litigation Support, Counselling and Psychotherapy, Employer Services and Rehabilitation Therapy. To view some of our case successes, visit our Multi-Disciplinary Expertise page.
Our people have collectively worked on the full gamut of case types, from occupational injury (e.g. WSIB, WorkSafe BC etc.), to hospital discharge, to Comprehensive LTD Vocational Case Management, to Life Care Plans and Future Care Costs for defence or plaintiff medical malpractice cases. We are often called to testify as expert witnesses in court proceedings. Many of our staff are multi-lingual.
